Your business model on one page! BMC is a global standard used by millions of people in companies of all sizes. You can use the canvas to describe, design, challenge and pivot your business model. It works in conjunction with the Value Proposition Canvas and other strategic management and execution tools and processes.
Under the supervision of the mentor and trainer Taavi Tamm you will learn the benefits of lean thinking when designing your business model. The lean concept refers to getting things done with as little waste as possible. 5 lean principles are: value, value stream, flow, pull, and perfection.

The programme is still open for teams and individuals to join!
